We are nestled in a large grove of white pines just 14 miles from Duluth on the North Shore Scenic Drive, in the Village of Knife River. Our resort features beautiful views of Knife Island and Lake Superior. Some of our cabins view the Lake Superior, while others are situated deeper into the pines, and all are clean and cozy. |

- Pet Policy Pets accepted in some cabins. Pets must be registered at time of reservation. $15/night fee per pet. Grandpa Erickson started allowing pets when he built the cabins in the 1930's - 40's. ( He said many times pets are easier on the cabins than the kids!) Pets are welcome and we feel they are a part of the family. There is a charge ($15 per day, per pet). We also ask that you clean up after your pets outside. Pets must not be unattended in cabins and must stay off furniture. You will be held responsible for any damages or extra cleaning you or your pet causes during your stay.
- Weekends - 2 nights minimum. (unless an opening appears between other reservations)

When you arrive Sunday and depart on Friday, you pay for 4 nights and get Thursday night for FREE! *Excludes Peak Season
- ** Weekly Rate Weekly Rate - Stay 7 nights, 7th night is free.
Rates are based on 1-2 people occupancy. Additional persons are $10 per person per night (off peak), $15 per person per night (Peak). (Ages 2 - adult, less than 2 yrs old are free.)

- Check Out - 10 AM
- Reservation Deposits - guaranteed with Visa/MasterCard/Discover or send a check in the amount of one night lodging.

- House Keeping Cabins
- All of our cabins are "house keeping" cabins which means you are renting the cabins are are agreeing to "keep house". To ensure a healthy environment dishes must be washed, floors swept and garbage removed. If these minimal "house keeping" chores are not completed you will be charged an additional fee.
- Gift Certificates
- Available upon request for that special person or occasion.
- Guests are responsible for paying for all nights reserved.
- All cabins are NON-SMOKING
- Cabin #11 is handicapped accessible.
- Drink the water! The Minnesota Health Department tests our well water yearly and they tell us our well water is excellent quality and our regular guests love it. No water softeners here!
